My name is Sammie B and I have always been drawn to the abstract— emotions beneath the surface, frequencies within sound, and the limitless possibilities that exist when we open ourselves to something greater.
My journey through loss, heartbreak, healing, and transformation has shaped the way I create and connect. I have always been an alchemist of experience— transmuting pain into purpose, turning emotions into art, and transforming the moments that broke me into the foundation of who I am becoming.
As a musician, producer, DJ, poet, and visual artist, I explore the space between imagination and reality, using creativity as a pathway for expression, connection, and awakening.
MBS Frequency was born from a belief that the inner work we do within ourselves has the power to ripple outward— shifting energy, opening hearts, and reconnecting us with the magic that exists within and around us.

Rooted in Presence, Grounded in Purpose
While I have always been inspired by the infinite, I have also learned that true transformation happens when we become one with ourselves and the world around us. My path has taught me the importance of grounding - of honoring the earth beneath my feet, the breath within my body, and the moments that bring us back home.
Through my own experiences of overcoming addiction, navigating grief, and rebuilding myself from the inside out, I discovered the power of compassion, connection, and simply being present. These lessons became the foundation for the work I share today.
Whether through sound baths, music, art, or intentional experiences, my purpose is to create spaces where people can pause, release, and reconnect. Like a tree with roots that run deep and branches that reach high toward the sky, I believe we are meant to be both grounded and expansive - connected to ourselves while remaining open to what life reveals.
This is the heart of MBS Frequency: a meeting place between earth and the cosmos, stillness and movement, healing and creation.
